My real estate practice is limited to representing individuals in the purchase or sale of a private residence. The process first requires entering into a contract after information is obtained regarding the condition of the home and the probability of having a mortgage approved.
Between contract and closing, when title actually passes, a title report is prepared and a mortgage application processed (except in cash deals). A closing occurs when the title closer, attorneys for the bank and the buyers and sellers themselves meet to sign all necessary documents and work out closing adjustments.
If you are in the process of buying or selling a home don’t hire an attorney recommended by a broker before consulting with me. I give personal, individual attention and will give you straight forward, honest advice. Mention that you saw me on the internet and the attorney fee for a routine closing will be $450 at contract and $450 at closing.
